Free State Foundation President Randolph May will participate on a panel at the “Prioritizing Governance: For Resilient Critical Infrastructure” symposium, hosted by the National Academy of Public Administration and the George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government on October 30, 2017. Government, nonprofit, consumer advocates, and Lifeline broadband providers will discuss where things stand on the modernization of Lifeline and the future of the program.
